  1. Acupressure: Acupressure is an alternative medicinal technique drive from acupuncture. In acupressure, physical pressure is applied to pressure points by hand, elbow or with various devices. Acupressure therapy stimulates the body’s internal regulatory systems and nurtures a natural healing response.

  2. Reflexology: Reflexology is an alternative therapy involving the physical act of applying pressure to feet, hands & ears with specific thumb, finger and hand.

  3. Magneto Therapy: Magneto therapy is an alternative therapy involving the use of static magnetic fields.

  4. Pranic Healing: Pranic healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui that utilizes prana to promote balance, harmony and transform the body's energy processes. This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health.

  5. Reiki: Reiki is a spiritual practice. It uses a technique commonly called palm healing or hands on healing as a form of alternate therapy. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy through the palms, which allows self healing and a state of equilibrium.

  6. Shiatsu: The word “Shiatsu”, composed of the elements Shi (fingers) and atsu (pressure) means a method of treating illness with digital compression. The bases of the science are pure instinct. After all, a person tired from too much work, working on the table for a long hours at a stretch, instinctively rubs or massages the parts of the body that hurts or feels cramped and stiff. It promotes greater stamina and mental composure. The pressure of the hands causes the springs of life to flow.

Shiatsu is a treatment, in which the thumbs and palms of hands are used to apply pressure to certain points in order to correct irregularities of the body, maintains or improves health and contributes to the cure of certain illness.
